Safe Train Preparation Reminders

 because handbrakes are not always released prior to departure   -  resulting in substantial damage to wheelsets 

 which weren't spotted before the rail vehicle was moved thus resulting in a derailment and high re-railing costs 

 resulting in RED CARDED rail vehicles entering service in an unsafe condition, or causing  late train departures because RED CARDED rail vehicles were not identified and detached in sufficient time from the train
